David joined Balmain in 2007 after a distinguished banking career spanning 25 years. Most recently he held the position of ACT Regional Manager for the Commonwealth Bank. Prior to this he held senior roles in business development, portfolio management and credit for the National Australia Bank.

David’s experience in the ACT market and proven delivery record make him the ideal partner to head up the Balmain Canberra office. He is committed to personally servicing the Canberra region clients.

David is married and has one son at school in Canberra.

Col joined the team at Balmain in July 2010 after 11 years with St George Bank.

He has over 20 years experience in providing Property Finance and is highly regarded by a range of clients, from large public companies to small family businesses. Col is a specialist in development funding, including multi-units, subdivisions and staged projects. He is also experienced in providing finance for the purchase of commercial investment properties. His goal is to get the best possible deal for his client, whilst making the process as stress-free as possible.

Col has been a resident of the ACT for 35 years and is married with two children.”
